An information day for Czech technological companies was held on June 13, 2019 at the Technological Center of the Czech Academy of Sciences. The aim of the meeting was to provide detailed information about the European Solar Telescope, and to present the first upcoming calls for tenders on preliminary design.
Representatives of the Czech technological companies and the Czech Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports discussed the possibilities of participating in the design, development, and construction of EST with the project team. The future steps for establishment of the EST ERIC were also discussed.
