Procurement Rules

The EST Project Office has prepared the following document aimed at advancing information to companies and other organizations that might be interested in applying to the procurement calls foreseen in PRE-EST and in other EST related projects.

The procurement rules were prepared in agreement with Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on public procurement, and with the corresponding Spanish law on Public Procurement (Ley 9/2017, de Contratos del Sector Público).
